A hundred and Seventy Two (172) years ago. He spoke of
Ezekiel’s prophecy coming to pass in verse 21. (D&C

was no man throughout all generations

No for this would be in flat contradiction with other scripture for the prophet
says that God will do nothing

come to pass; again we find Paul 1st of Thesslonians 5th

he says yea are not of the night nor of darkness of that that day should come

After the tribulation begins the Sun will be
blocked out because of all of the fallout. Because the powers of heaven
have been shaken. The apostle Mark tells it a
little different. “And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers
that are in heaven
shall be shaken.”

Actually as it is written in Greek of the New Testament it says:
“and the stars will be falling out of heaven, and
the powers
that are in the heavens will be shaken.” The
English word heavens comes from the Greek word ‘Ouranos’
where we get the word ‘Uranium’ from. You
understand that uranium is used to make Nuclear devices because it is
radio-active. Some men died in the Marysville Utah uranium mines because of
radiation. Nuclear power is the power of the Sun, and all of the Stars. As he
said in Greek, those powers would be shaken. Those
powers are what Makes Nuclear Bombs Shake things.
Those people who are left alive will be some of the
Eagles who will be gathered
to
the carcass.

and ordained them to the Melchizedek Priesthood,

President Smith read the 7th Chap. Hebrews

The power of the Melchizedek Priesthood is to have the power of "endless lives";
