Merry Christmas    Happy New Year

Faith For The Millennium January 2001

Just how much faith do you have? How much faith is necessary? What is faith? What can we learn from the men that the Bible says that sought faith? Do you have enough faith to live another year?

What Chapter is known as the faith chapter in your Bible? "Hint" it is in the New Testament.

To have real faith you have to obey the things that God has said.

Your sins and doubts in the words of God cause you to lack faith.
Cain was not accepted because he didn't make an offering
as God commanded. Can you read what God has commanded? OR do you just ignore his words until you want something?

How much faith can you get real "soon" as the end is upon us?
You may remember that Joseph was sold into Egypt in Genesis 37:26-29

And he got a promise from his brethren that when they left Egypt they would carry his bones back to Jerusalem.

Genesis 50:24 "And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
25
And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
26 So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt."

Hebrews 11:22 "By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones."

Hundreds of years later they did what he had asked.

He was a seer that could see the days of Christ and the resurrection 1700 years later. Exodus 13:19 "And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him," back and buried then outside of the city a short distance.

Joseph planned for the future, where he was to be buried.

Have you? About 25 years ago I bought a block of gravesites in Parowan Cemetery for me and my family. We would be only about 85 feet from the grave monument of Edward Meeks Dalton, age 34 years 3 months 21 days, the only polygamous man shot and killed in cold blood by a Deputy U.S. Marshal December 16, 1886 in Parowan. As it looks nowdays, we won't be able to use all of them before the 2nd. Coming of the Saviour.
Revelation 6: 9 "And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?"

I had hoped for some rest. Genesis 23: tells of another polygamist called Abraham, buying gravesites for his family too. I followed his example 25 years ago. Would you follow a prophet's example?

We read why Joseph wanted to be in Jerusalem in Matthew 27:50-- "Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
52
And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city,
and appeared unto many."

I know why Joseph wanted to be there
, now you do too. As I said back in the August flyer there is much to tell why Jesus was near the tomb early on Sunday morning, the 1st. Day of the week when Mary thought he was the Gardner.

He was the 1st. To be resurrected the day before, and after him many saints and (Prophets) came forth.

She thought he was the gardener because he was caring as sheaf of the first fruits of the grain harvest.

See Leviticus 23:9-"And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them,
When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it."

(After the sabbath, CLICK HERE to learn of the Sabbath.)

Jesus was there
AFTER the Sabbath, with the sheaf of the 1st. Harvest to take to his father. That is why he said in John 20: 14 "And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.
15
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
17
Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them,
I ascend unto
my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

18 Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.
19
Then the same day at evening, being the first (1st.) day of the week, (Sunday) when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. ((Jesus was Resurrected AND had to wait until AFTER the sabbath, to go wave the 1st. fruits of the harvest = Resurrection, before God.
Later that same day he appeared to the disciples.)
20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord."

I don't know how many of you will believe me, BUT the 1st. Person to see the resurrected Jesus was one of his wives, Mary! She ran to hug him, but he had to stop her until he had reported to his father that he had started the harvest.

CLICK HERE to learn about SUNDAY, the 1st. Day of the week.

I will do a flyer about Jesus' marriage at Cana, and why his mother Mary came to him as the groom for more wine. Just like your mother would at your wedding if you are the groom.
I will show other stories about his wives that you don't know about, sometime in the future.

Jesus was just "one"person, "one"single corn of wheat, that fell into the ground, when he died. BUT he was the handful of grain in the 1st. Harvest or resurrection as we read in John 12:23 "And Jesus answered them, saying,
The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour."

He understood that he as just "one" person could bring about much fruit in the harvest of the world.

The saints (Joseph and others) who arose after Jesus, and walked the streets of Jerusalem were just a handful of the 1st. harvest to come.

They are living proof that God rules. Sometime perhaps if you are personally ready; I will introduce you to some of the greatest people who ever lived on earth. I think you are not hypocrites, and do believe in the resurrection. Don't you?

Perhaps I am mistaken about you. Most people don't believe what Jesus said in Luke 21:25--"And there shall be signs in the sun, (the last eclipse this century on December 25, 2000 across America,) and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, (Vietnam, Bosnia, Kosovo, Mexico, etc.) with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; (Hurricanes on our Atlantic coasts.)

26 Men's hearts failing them (heart disease the US no. 1 killer) for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. (Since 1945 Ouranos =heaven, =uranium = U235-Atomic bombs.)

27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. (Huge power, and great fire = Glory.)
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."

Some who don't believe in the 1st. Resurrection going on now will have to wait for a thousand years until the 2nd. Resurrection happens without any glory as the scriptures say. I told you I may not get to use my gravesites, because I have resurrected friends now who are anxious to have all come to pass soon.

Some ignorant people who will not read don't believe, what God's prophets tell them.
They stay ignorant and want to be that way.

They want to believe that they will escape the tribulation the prophets foretell by something called the rapture. That word or concept is not even in the Bible. You have 2 choices, die or live. It is up to you.

CLICK HERE to see the truth.

Most
ignorant hypocrites who are ministers tell their listeners that they are the Lords people and that they will escape the terrible tribulation. The people would rather give them their offerings and donations, and be able to hear that, than listen to the prophets words that say they are headed for hell on earth in 11 million degree fireballs. Will you get out of Sodom before the Lord sends the fire and brimstone? Or is your home there the most important to you?

What would your friends say if you sold your place and moved? They would say your nuts.
Will you believe what the prophets' write,
or stay out in the world and get burned just like Sodom?

Jesus Christ tells us in Matthew 13:38 "The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil;
the harvest is the end of the world;
and the reapers are the angels.

CLICK HERE to see about the devil sowing the tares, A vision that I wrote with a flashlight.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

CLICK HERE to see that God is not dead
and
he knows where the tares are.
I show the Cities to be hit first.

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. (11 million degrees HOT, like a furnace of fire.)
43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father.

Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:
46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered
of every kind: (Churches have every kind
of person.)
48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49
So shall it be at the end of the world:
the angels shall come forth,
and
sever the wicked from among the just,

50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
51
Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things?
They say unto him, Yea, Lord."

Matthew 13 has only 58 verses and 1367 words that we could talk for hours about. You need to understand all those 1367 words and the implications to your future, in those 58 verses
IF you are going to have a future !

Hebrews 11:1 NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.   (You haven't seen it yet. But will!)

2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
4
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
6 But
without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.

15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore
God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,
18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:
19 Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.
21
By faith Jacob, when he was a dying,
blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.

22 By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.

24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;
25
Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
26
Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.

27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.
28
Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. (Did you keep the Passover? How about all the other Holy Days commanded? NOPE, You don't have the faith yet, that you need.)

29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.
30
By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.
31
By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace. (Harlots may escape,
when you burn, because you don't believe me!)

32 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:
33
Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword,
out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:   (There is a better Resurrection,
that some will get.)
36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:

37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
38
Of whom the world was not worthy: they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect."

End Quotea of Hebrews 11:

By faith the Parowan Prophet receives visits and visions from God and has told you of the Faith Chapter in Hebrews 11 in your Bible to read. I ask, have ye understood all these things yet?

When you finish reading and understanding these things, then study Matthew Chapter 10 BLESS YOU ALL. Tell your friends to see my web pages, you do want them to live don't you. Don't you?

In Matthew 4:4 Jesus said: " It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

The 794 words in Matthew Chapter 6 tell us about everything we have to do to find our true faith.

Do you "really" pray for the Kingdom of God to come, OR do you just want to do your own thing? How do you give your alms (offerings?)
How do you pray? Do you really forgive others?
When you are fasting, can people tell that you are fasting?
Where is your heart's treasures, here on earth or in heaven? How do you see others intentions? Who do you serve,  yourself or God? What if he says to do things that are against all your traditions? Are you saving for the future? Do you need new clothes? Are you worried about your future? Are you a Gentile to be destroyed? OR are you a real believer in the power of God?

ALL THESE things are answered in Matthew Chapter 6 Can you read them and find the faith to live another year?

Open your Bible to Matthew 6 and go down the list of questions as you read the answers in the scriptures.

I can tell you that you can't do what he says in Matthew 6, because you lack the faith necessary now. You need to begin to obey what is said.

Every word, that you can read in all the scriptures. Not just someone's opinion, but what does the scripture say?

That is your roadmap to heaven. Why do people always think that when people die they go to heaven? Nothing is farther from the truth than that! People who have just ignored Gods commands all their life are not going to get there. No-way!!! That is a doctrine of the Devil.

Notice that it is the Christians who call him Lord, Lord,
Jesus said: 21
"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Matthew 7:21--23

Ye that work iniquity, see Mark 8:36--38 and Luke 12:15-28 and 18:8

If you really want to learn about FAITH and what is required and how it works, then put away your traditions and read what "Ether" Chapter 12 tells us in The Book Of Mormon. It is a real eye opener, if you can see. Do you want to live?

Moroni Chapter 7 needs to be studied, IF you want to live. Some people say that they have Faith, when they don't even believe that God has a hand in things that happen in the world. We read Revelation 19:11; that Christ will appear riding a White Stallion. People say that God's name is Eloheim. CLICK HERE to learn of El, Eloheim, and some other names.

Consider the Denver Broncos Football team. They have a white stallion as their mascot, symbol. John
Elway, was their quarterback that took them to the last 2 Superbowls retired. EL = God, way = ELWAY = God's way. CLICK HERE to see Gods name El -oheim

At the Mormon Church Conference in October
2000 there was not a word of warning about the future. To the exception, the present Mormon prophet Gordon B. Hinckley said:
"In 1833 the Lord
Himself rebuked Joseph Smith and his counselors and the Presiding Bishop. To the Prophet Joseph He said in language clear and unmistakable, as He had said to others:
"You have
not kept the commandments,
and must needs stand rebuked before the Lord;

48 Your family must needs repent and forsake some things, and give more earnest heed unto your sayings, or be removed out of their place.
(He didn't finish with the next verse, which is good advice!)

49 What I say unto one I say unto all; pray always lest that wicked one have power in you, and remove you out of your place." Doctrine and Covenants 93:47-48, 49

None of the 15 men
that the Mormons regard as prophets, seers, revelators had anything to say of warning from God. Their entire first presidency or the quorum of twelve apostles.

Now perhaps God is out to lunch, because somebody sure is. So the watchword for you is to watch yourself, because the Mormon leadership have all gone to sleep like the parable of the 10 virgins waiting for the bridegroom in Matthew Chapter 25.

Jesus Christ himself said to "Watch" in Matthew Chapter 24 which is about to be fulfilled.

Nobody else is going to watch for you. I just do the best I can. And you don't even know me. See Doctrine and Covenants 84: 53-58; AND D&C 88:81-88
